At this playful event you’ll be challenged to make the most interesting, beautiful, artistic photo you can of each of the, literal, metaphorical, or composition subjects on a list distributed on the morning of the hunt. For example: a photo that shows half inside and half outside, a picture of a sound. This will not be a traditional hunt where you only look for something like a man in a hat, or a blue dog. It is my hope that this ‘hunt’ will challenge your notions of photography and composition, introduce you to new friends, be entertaining, and expose you to how fellow artists approach the same subjects. We’ll spend a couple hours in the morning shooting, stop for lunch (not included), then meet in a nearby studio to review our photos, pick favorites, and decide a winner. Event is limited to eight people. Timeline: 10:30 am Meet at the tower in the center of Union Square in San Francisco 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Hunting time!
