Open to all adults 18 and over!If you've ever been intrigued by improv and want to see what it's all about, this one-time, fun introduction to improv is just for you! This 3-hour workshop will give you the basics behind improvised theater—spontaneity, playfulness, creativity, listening and storytelling, to name a few—and give you a chance to explore what BATS-style improv is all about.  A great way to decide if you'd like to sign up for our longer six-week Foundation 1 class, and a great gift idea for someone who could use 3 hours of laughter!       BATS Improv Class Refund Policy: Class cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.  If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class,  or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit. Summer Youth and Adult Sessions cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 14 days (2 weeks) before your first class, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days (2 weeks) of your first class, or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit.   All cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to registrar@improv.org, and include the title and start date of your class. In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full. Please note: In the past, we have offered class credit in lieu of refunds. We are no longer able to offer this option. Each class tuition payment will stand on its own, and is non-transferable.
