A panel presentation of models and best practices for designing financial models and mechanisms of collaboration between States and Indigenous Peoples/Local Communities that successfully channel climate finance to IP/LC territories for ensuring genuine Forest Governance.  These experiences and best practices are demonstrating that IP/LC’s not only ensure triple bottom line results - environmental, social and economic - but that IP/LC’s have a proven track record with managing and administrating finance. The presentations will be followed by a plenary dialogue session.
